Beauty and Bites operates out of Lucknow, India. We market and offer physical "Clean Beauty" products, wellness items, and digital baking masterclasses.
2. Nature of Services and Purchasing
All inquiries and product orders are handled directly via WhatsApp. This website serves as a marketing and informational platform. We do not process payments directly on this website. By reaching out to us via WhatsApp, you agree to communicate with us regarding our products and services.
3. Refund, Return, and Cancellation Policy
Masterclasses: Due to the digital nature of our baking masterclasses, all class enrollments are non-refundable. If you are unable to attend a live class, a recorded version will be provided to you.
Physical Products (Clean Beauty and Bakes): For reasons of hygiene, safety, and the perishable nature of our items, we do not accept returns or exchanges on any physical products. Please carefully review your order details before completing your transaction via WhatsApp.
4. Health and Medical Disclaimer
The physical products offered by Beauty and Bites (including wax powders, serums, oils, and other "Clean Beauty" items) are crafted with natural ingredients but are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition. Apart from natural ingredients, they may contain some stabilisers and other ingredients which will be mentioned on the package.
Patch Test Recommended: We strongly advise all customers to perform a patch test prior to using any new product.
Consultation: If you have severe acne, eczema, allergies, or other pre-existing skin conditions, consult a dermatologist or healthcare provider before use.
Beauty and Bites, and its proprietor, accept no liability for any adverse reactions or damage resulting from the use of our products.
