Masterclasses: Due to the digital nature of our baking masterclasses, all class enrollments are non-refundable. If you are unable to attend a live class, a recorded version will be provided to you.

Physical Products (Clean Beauty and Bakes): For reasons of hygiene, safety, and the perishable nature of our items, we do not accept returns or exchanges on any physical products. Please carefully review your order details before completing your transaction via WhatsApp.

The physical products offered by Beauty and Bites (including wax powders, serums, oils, and other "Clean Beauty" items) are crafted with natural ingredients but are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition. Apart from natural ingredients, they may contain some stabilisers and other ingredients which will be mentioned on the package.

Patch Test Recommended: We strongly advise all customers to perform a patch test prior to using any new product.

Consultation: If you have severe acne, eczema, allergies, or other pre-existing skin conditions, consult a dermatologist or healthcare provider before use.

Beauty and Bites, and its proprietor, accept no liability for any adverse reactions or damage resulting from the use of our products.

Beauty & Bites operates accounts on third-party social media platforms, including Meta (Instagram and Facebook). When you message us, comment on our posts, or otherwise interact with these accounts, you agree that your public profile information and message contents may be received and processed by our systems, including automated response tools, solely to respond to your inquiry and provide customer service.

Automated replies are intended to assist with routine questions about our skincare products, hair care range, and bakery classes. They are not a substitute for professional advice, and Beauty & Bites is not liable for any decisions made solely on the basis of an automated response.
