Beauty + Skin Care Wishlist
Everybody has a wishlist of some sort. It could be composed of home good items, clothing items, or maybe items for an upcoming trip. I thought I would share what's on my current beauty wishlist. I find a lot of beauty, skincare and hair products through influencers on Instagram and YouTube based on their reviews and tutorials using the products.
A majority of the products on my wishlist are on the pricier side - the main reason why I haven't bought them. All of these products are highly recommended based on what I've seen online. Check them out:
Milk Makeup Blur Stick $36 I have mixed feelings on primers, but I blame that on the fact that I've been unable to find one that I think does the job. Based on the reviews for this product, it sounds like it is great for minimizing pores, keeping makeup on (even in hot weather) and blurs out imperfections. The stick packaging would make it easy to apply without getting primer all over your hands.
Glossier Milky Jelly Cleanser $18 I have heard so many great things about Glossier - especially this product. I love that it can double as a face cleanser in the morning and a way to take off makeup at the end of the day. The safe-for-you ingredients and benefits make this sound like a winner.
Tatcha The Silk Canvas $52 I saw this in a recent Jeffree Star YouTube video and immediately was intrigued. Again, I am always hesitant with primers (especially since this is one of the priciest primers I've seen) but this product has glowing reviews. I want to try this because since it is silky, I think it would feel lighter on the skin unlike more silicone based primers I've tried before (this does contain silica but it is towards the bottom of the ingredient list).
Tarte Shape Tape Contour Concealer $27 One of the most raved about products on Youtube, this concealer has me wanting this due to it's ful coverage - able to tackle the darkest of eye circles and blemishes.
Benefit Cosmetics Hoola Matte Bronzer $29 This is another product I see talked about a lot on YouTube. I want this because I love that it's a matte bronzer - that way highlighter is the only thing glowing on your cheeks. The box packaging also makes me think it could easily take some wear-and-tear in a makeup bag or purse.
Stila Stay All Day Waterproof Liquid Eye Liner $22 One of my go-to makeup looks for the past three or so years has been black winged liner - a dramatic look that adds a little flair to any eye look. I now use a drug store liner but I've noticed it start to bleed throughout the day. This product would be great for helping my wing stay in place all day.
Pacifica Pink Nudes Mineral Eyeshadows $18 I always see this in Target and nearly get it every time I go. The cute packaging and variety of browns attract me to this palette, which I think makes it a great every-day shadow palette. Plus, it's infused with coconut water and vegan + cruelty-free!
What are some products you want to try? Are any of my wishlist products also on your wishlist?
